Now you might be thinking old people are obviously BORING! Duh. But I know some one which is the oldest person I know, her name is... MRS GRAY!!!!!!!! Mrs Gray is in fact one of the most interesting I have ever met in my whole entire life! Mrs Gray is 99! Mrs Gray may look like a typical, boring, wrinkly Senior that has grey hair but Mrs Gray is completely the opposite! Mrs Gray looks very young with only some wrinkles and a couple of white hairs. Mrs Gray is very wealthy so she does not go to a rest home. Mrs Gray does go to a rest home though but not to live there, Mrs Gray goes to a rest home to play bingo. I like going to see Mrs Gray because she has the most interesting stories to tell me. I think that Mrs Gray is so Awesome!!! And that is the oldest person I know

Ingredients:
150g unsalted butter softened 2 cups of icing sugar 2-3 tablespoons of 1/2-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Food colouring (optional) Instructions: To make the buttercream, beat the butter until smooth and pale. Gradually add the icing sugar, half a cup at a time, with enough of the hot water to make a creamy mixture, beating between each addition until fluffy. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes or spread over a cooled cake. Note: when adding food colouring add it a few drops at a time and make sure you mix it in otherwise you might end up with a brighter result than you desire. Serves: 12
Ingredients: 1 cup and two tablespoons of all purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cup of buttermilk 6 fun sized kit kat bars broken into single wafers. (12 wafers total) Instructions 1) Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a cupcake pan with 12 paper liners. 2) In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. 3)In a large mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and vegetable oil until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Alternating between the flour and buttermilk, gradually add the flour in 3 parts and the buttermilk in 2 parts. 4) In one liner, scoop enough batter to cover the bottom. Cut one Kit Kat wafer in half then place both halves on top of the batter. Scoop enough batter on top to cover. Repeat with the remaining cupcakes. Bake 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out almost clean (you want a little bit of chocolate so they aren't too dry). The tops may sink slightly. Cool completely. |
